For founders

From an idea, or a stuck prototype, to a real product.

We tell you what to build now, what to postpone and what it will cost, before you spend a cent. Built it in Lovable or Bolt and hit a wall? We take it to production, with security and code you can raise money on.

What we build: A prototype for fundraising Proof of concept An MVP for first launch
Our commitment to founders

Protecting you from unrealistic expectations.

We have seen many ventures up close. Most did not fail because of the code: the money ran out before the product was ready. So every founder project with us starts with the question of what not to build yet.

  • We tell you what is critical for the first stage, and what can wait for the next.
  • We help you manage budget and schedule, and plan what the launch needs alongside development.
  • We build a product you can show investors, and keep building on after the round.
Who it is for

Three kinds of founders, three ways to work with us.

Technical, but short on time

Short, focused calls with you. We write the spec, run development and check quality, and you follow along and approve.

A great idea, no technical background

We are your technology partner: user research, the spec, product management, development, testing and cloud infrastructure.

Technical, available and in a hurry

You lead on technology, and we run development our way under your direction: with a spec, a rule book and an estimate. Without leaving your day job until the venture is ready.

Built it in Lovable and got stuck?

Vibe coding tools are great for testing an idea. A product needs more.

Lovable, Bolt and similar tools get you to a prototype fast. They usually get stuck on security, data and load. That is where we come in.

01

A real spec for what you built

We go through what exists, decide together what to keep and what to rebuild, and you know the price before we start.

02

Security investors ask about

Part of the ISO 27001 certified Assembly group, working to the OWASP Top 10. Customer isolation, permissions and sensitive data are built in as part of the spec, not afterwards.

03

Cloud infrastructure ready to grow

We set up and manage the infrastructure on Google Cloud, AWS, Azure or DigitalOcean, whichever fits the product and the budget.

04

No lock-in

The code and the spec are yours at any moment, and the names in the code match the spec. After the round, your team picks up where we left off.

How it works

Three steps. At each one you know what it costs.

1
Free

Call

One hour. Bring an idea, a deck or a prototype. At the end: what we understood, what is probably not worth building yet, and a fixed price for the spec phase.

2
Fixed price

Spec

  • From an idea: from the meeting recordings, with a clear line between the first stage and the next.
  • From a prototype: what exists goes into the spec, with a decision on what to keep and what to rebuild.

At the end: a spec in two versions and a binding time and budget estimate. The spec is yours, even if you do not continue with us.

3
On the budget and schedule you approved

Build and launch

AI agents write and test the code, and experienced developers supervise and are accountable for every line. We set up the cloud infrastructure, take it to production, and keep maintaining it until you decide otherwise.

The commitment applies to the spec you approved. Want to add something midway? It goes through the spec, and you see what it does to time and budget before you approve. That way no change quietly eats your runway.
The development rule book

What a prototype does not know to ask for.

Every requirement is checked against our development rule book, hundreds of rules gathered over decades. Three examples every SaaS product needs from day one:

One customer’s data cannot reach another customer. By design.

What you get: customer isolation at the architecture level, with an automated test on every build. The first answer to a security question from an investor or an enterprise customer.

The rule: the tenant identity comes only from the authenticated token, never from an ID sent in the body, a header or the URL. Filtering is enforced in one central place, so a missing filter is structurally impossible. Tests with two tenants confirm that A cannot see B through any endpoint.

A double click never charges twice.

What you get: no customers charged twice, no duplicate orders, no angry reviews in launch week.

The rule: every operation with side effects takes an Idempotency-Key. The server claims the key atomically, stores the response, and returns it on every repeat of the same key. Same key with a different body: 409.

How do you test monthly billing without waiting a month?

What you get: subscriptions, renewals and reminders fully tested before launch, not after the first customer is billed wrong.

The rule: any system with recurring processes runs on a simulation clock we control, not on the server clock. In testing we move the clock forward and watch what happens.

More sample rules, and how they enter the spec

A commitment we kept

Two months, the budget we quoted, and a system that went live.

When the SaaS vendor we depended on threatened to shut down our system, we had about two months to replace it with one of our own. Assembly came back with a clear scope, a delivery date and a budget, and delivered exactly that, on the date and budget they quoted. That version became the foundation of our digital business.

Although I worked directly with developers in India for many years, I chose to move our development to Assembly. There is someone who really understands you and does not dodge direct questions. If you know what you want and need a professional force multiplier, talk to Assembly.

Questions founders ask

Before we start

How much does an MVP cost?
It depends on what goes into the first stage, which is exactly what the spec decides. At the end of the intro call you will know what the spec costs, and at the end of the spec you get a binding estimate for development.
I built a prototype in Lovable. Do you continue from its code?
We go through what exists and tell you what is worth keeping and what should be rebuilt, before you start paying for development. The decision goes into the spec and the estimate.
Is the code mine? Even if I raise money and build my own team?
Yes. The code and the spec are available to you at any moment, and the names in the code match the spec, so a new team gets up to speed fast.
Who runs the servers?
We set up and manage the cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud, AWS, Azure or DigitalOcean, whichever fits the product and the budget.
The first step

One hour. No commitment.

At the end you will know what we understood, which questions are open, and what the spec will cost. If we think it is not worth building, we will say that too.

We reply within one business day. One hour, free, no commitment. Your details are used only to reply to you, as described in our privacy policy.
